AMARA SERVICES LIMITED is a leading consultancy agency, developing the capacity of individual and organizations, which in turn contributes to sustainable development. Our services are engaged differently according to the individual and organizational needs and having in mind to fulfil the commitment set in any term of reference (ToR). Also, we are always committed to providing possible solutions to specific issues and flexible to constraints such as the limitation of the clients’ budget and resources.

Without discrimination against race, colour, class, sex, and religion, AMARA aims at creating an enabling environment for its clients to learn, share, inquire new things and engage in the Ghanaian economic activities through capacity development with the public and private sectors in reducing the ever growing unemployment and contribute to national development.

AMARA has highly skilled professionals both full and part-time staff members who have more than ten years of experiences. They are experts in their own fields with practical experiences from different industries. Our team and staff members are always initiative and creative. They sincerely work and always keep in touch with its clients.

AMARA consultant team is comprised of employed and affiliated professionals who all have at least ten years in their respective expertise. Every consultancy our consultant normally provides opportunity to the individual and employees of the organization to learn and practice the consultancy work. AMAR’s consultancies include research, baseline survey, evaluation, strategic planning, minute taking, proposal writing, and report writing, particular Resulted Based Management (RBM). Our charge rate for a consultancy ranges from US$150 to US$350 per day. This fee is negotiable.

CEO

Mr Karim Kuuri is the CEO of Amara Services Limited. He has over 16 years of experience in financial management, financial accounting, auditing and entrepreneurial capacity building skills at academic, governmental and corporate levels. He is specialized in the field of finance, accounting, research, investment appraisal and feasibility studies, public and private health accounting practice, small, medium and large  scale business management /coaching, planning and budgeting, business re-engineering and donor project funds/grants management.

He worked as a project accountant for the European Union Micro-projects in the Sissala District, Tumu (1997-1999). He has also managed donor funds meant for health programmes/projects including: US Navy fund for medical research, UNICEF, DANIDA, Ghana Aids Commission, National TB Control, etc.  He has  been a part time senior tutor at the Centre for Distance Education Business Faculty, University of Cape Coast. Some of the courses he lectures are: Financial Management, Management Accounting, Auditing, Investment Management, etc.

Mr Kuuri has passion for business development and coaching. He has trained of over 155 small scale entrepreneurs in key business topical areas including: Business dreams, How to start your own business, Efficient ways of managing your small business for growth, How to attract and retain customers to your business, Handling business competition, How to win contracts, Inventory Management in your business, Debt management in your business, Effective handling of pricing in business, Keeping and managing your business records and accounting, Business fraud and its prevention, etc  

For his education, he is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), member of Association of International Accountants (UK), member of the Institute of Chartered Internal Auditors. He also holds Bachelor of Commerce degree, Executive certificate in Project Management and Executive certificate in Banking and Finance. He also holds Master in Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
